Do you have a limit as to how little time I can book your services for?

No, if you only require a single dog walk or a single visit to your pet that is absolutely fine.

Do I need to book in advance?

Advance booking is recommended, wherever possible. I can get very busy, especially during typical holiday periods. I try to be flexible though, and will do my very best to fit you in, even at short notice.

What happens if my pet becomes ill whilst you are taking care of it?

We will complete a form together at the time of booking. The form includes the details of your usual vet, who I will contact in an emergency.

How will you keep my home secure while I’m away?

I will keep a set of your house keys for the duration of your absence. I never identify keys using names or addresses and they will be stored in a safe and secure place.

Whilst you are away, I will ensure your home appears occupied by opening and closing curtains, switching lights on and off, bringing in post and milk and taking out rubbish. I can also water any indoor plants as required. I will check your home and make it secure before I leave.

Are you insured to look after my pet?

The health and safety of your pet is my priority. I will do everything possible to ensure that your pet is safe, happy and healthy whilst in my care. In the unlikely event of something happening to your pet I am covered by £2million Public Liability Insurance. This covers injury to third parties and damage to third party properties.

I would always strongly recommend that owners have insurance for their pet to cover any unexpected vet bills.

Owners should also have their home and its contents fully insured.
